These Terms keep the rules clear for the website, the Pack, optional wallet features, digital assets, and future MUDCITY gameplay.

Acceptance of terms

By using the MUDCITY website, joining official community spaces, connecting a wallet, or participating in future game features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

MUDCITY game services

MUDCITY is a game brand and community experience with digital content, community events, optional wallet-powered features, and future playable systems. Features may change as the project develops.

Wallet responsibility

You are responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, device security, and transaction approvals. MUDCITY will never ask for your seed phrase and cannot recover assets lost through compromised wallets or mistaken transactions.

Blockchain transactions

Blockchain transactions are typically irreversible and may involve network fees or third-party tools. You are responsible for reviewing wallet prompts, transaction details, marketplace actions, and any connected services before confirming.

NFTs and digital assets

Pixel Bulldogs and related digital assets may be used for identity, recognition, access, collection, or future gameplay-related features. Ownership of a digital asset does not grant ownership of MUDCITY's brand, code, artwork, or broader intellectual property unless stated separately in writing.

Gameplay updates

MUDCITY may add, remove, rebalance, rename, pause, or change gameplay systems, missions, events, rewards, access rules, and other features. We aim to communicate important updates through official channels.

User conduct

Players and community members must not harass others, impersonate the team, spam, abuse support channels, post malicious links, attempt scams, or use MUDCITY services in a way that harms the community or platform.

Exploits and cheating

Cheating, botting, exploiting bugs, manipulating leaderboards, attacking systems, evading bans, or attempting unauthorized access may result in removal from events, loss of access, or other enforcement actions.

Rewards disclaimer

MUDCITY may offer achievements, allowlist opportunities, community recognition, digital rewards, or other benefits. Rewards are not guaranteed, may change, and should not be treated as financial promises.

Intellectual property

MUDCITY names, logos, artwork, designs, game concepts, site content, and related materials belong to MUDCITY or their respective owners. Do not copy, modify, sell, or misuse them without permission.

Third-party services

The website and community may link to Discord, X, wallet providers, marketplaces, blockchain explorers, analytics providers, hosting platforms, and other third-party services. MUDCITY is not responsible for third-party content, policies, downtime, or actions.

Liability disclaimer

MUDCITY services are provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUDCITY disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages connected to your use of the services.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms as MUDCITY evolves. Continued use of the website, community spaces, wallet-powered features, or game services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
